A gluten-free diet can be tricky. At first, you may not know what you can eat, so you just eat plain rice and boiled vegetables. This gets so boring! You almost wish that you did not have to eat at all. These were some of my feelings. I could not take this for very long, though, so I started gathering recipes, altering them, and inventing new ones. When I'd have people over for dinner, it would be a big success. They even began to ask me for my recipes. There was just one problem though. I didn't really have any recipes written down. Furthermore, I never measured anything so I couldn't just go and write down any specific instructions.
Thus, this recipe blog was born. Now, whenever I make something, I measure my ingredients and take note of what I do. I then take a picture of the final product and post everything where others can hopefully follow along to make the delicious meal too. Of course, I must also include my cooking adventures. In the end, I hope I can show that gluten-free food can be delicious and exciting.
